With our ICE Leadership Proactive Learning Process, we are able to eliminate the normal downfalls of typical trainings and workshops. Instead of attendees getting excited for two days and then not applying what they learned, our process not only measures the comprehension, but the follow up Coaching will help close the knowledge gaps and ensure the information is being applied.

One to three-day training classes are offered at rates affordable to small and medium-sized companies allowing them to compete with larger companies who have substantial resources to devote to in-house training.
